Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your Aurana order to request a return or refund. This complies with the consumer protection rights under Directive 2011/83/EU and Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Damaged packaging upon arrival

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products damaged by mishandling after delivery
  • Items returned without proof of purchase

4. How to Return

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@wildoirinse.shop or +61 2 8814 7523.
Step 2: Provide your order details and reason for return.
Step 3: We will provide return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error or defect.
Step 4: Pack the product securely and include your order number.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer).

6. Return Address

Return address will be provided upon request. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

7. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be in original condition with original packaging. Products showing signs of use will not be accepted for refund.

8. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

9. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or lost packages. If your package is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Consumer Rights

These rights are in addition to any statutory consumer protections under Australian Consumer Law. If you are unhappy with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the OAIC (Office of the Australian Information Commissioner).
